The Chief National Supervisor, Mr. Jashari, had a meeting at his office in the Headquarters of the National Agency for the Protection of Personal Data with Mr. Peter Welling, Chief of Central Parliament Sector and Independent Institutions of the OSCE Department for Democratization.

Initially, Mr. Jashari informed Mr. Welling regarding recent activities related to the Privacy week organized by the Agency, and about the steps taken since last year on the matter of amending the Law on Personal Data Protection.
During the discussion, Mr. Welling unveiled a project that is being prepared by his office in organizing a study visit to Slovenian authority during month of April 2015.
The purpose of this two-day study visit will be obtaining of best Slovenian practices about the fusion of the mandate by the Law on Access to Public Documents and the Law on Protection of Personal Data. During this occasion, besides visiting the Slovenian authorities, it is planed a visit in the Parliament of Slovenia, where on behalf of Kosovo institutions will be 2 participants from the Information Office of the Prime Minister's Office, 1 representative from the Legal Office of the Prime Minister's Office, 2 representatives of the National Agency for the Protection of Personal Data and 2 chairman of committees for Internal Affairs and Public Administration of the Assembly of Kosovo.
