The Agency delivered a Traning to Judges at Justice Academy

In the framework of basic training delivered by the Academy of Justice for judges of the Basic and Appellate Courts, the NAPDP delivered one-day training for 49 judges on practical issues in light of implementation of the Law on Protection of Personal Data

As part of the basic training program for new judges who will be assigned to the Basic and Appellate Courts at the request of the Justice Academy, the State Agency for the Personal Data Protection, on March 27, 2018 delivered one-day training for forty-nine judges.
The topics lectured by Mr. Bujar Sadiku, General Director of the Agency, and Mr. Kushtrim Mustafa, Inspection Office Coordinator, focused mainly on the background and organizational structure of the NAPPD, followed by its definition, principles and scope, and in particular on concrete cases resolved by this Agency.
