The Information and Privacy Agency is part of the Working Group for drafting the Draft Law on the Central Criminal Evidence System.

“The workshop of the Working Group for drafting the Draft Law on the Central Criminal Evidence System is being held.
The Ministry of Justice has organized a three-day workshop for drafting the Law on the Central Criminal Evidence System, which brings a range of innovations and facilities for the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo who, in addition to being able to obtain online certificates, they can also exercise their rights for reparation from criminal records, respectively for legal and judicial rehabilitation in accordance with legal deadlines.
Also, through this Draft Law, automatic settlement from the criminal records will be enabled of all citizens who have reached the period of rehabilitation, respectively settlement from the criminal records.
The workshop and the drafting process of the Draft Law is supported by the European Union Project EUKOJUST, and is attended by representatives from the competent institutions and international partners.
After the draft Law is drafted by the Working Group, it will be processed for consultation, where the Ministry of Justice welcomes comments and proposals from interested parties.”
