The Information and Privacy Agency, represented by the Commissioner Mrs. Krenare Sogojeva Dermaku, continued the realization of workshops for awareness about the Law on Protection of Personal Data in the region of Gjilan

During the conducted meeting, representatives from public and private kindergartens, along with officials from the Municipal Directorate of Education, engaged in in-depth discussions about legal obligations related to the collection and processing of children’s personal data.

Attendees expressed high interest and posed numerous questions, particularly regarding the implementation of privacy and personal data protection standards for children. Commissioner provided a comprehensive overview of the Law on Personal Data Protection, emphasizing its key principles, security measures, and methods of data processing, including processing through camera surveillance.
