The Information and Privacy Agency is conducting a two-day training with representatives of the Main Family Medicine Center in Ferizaj

At the request of the MFMC, the Commissioner for Information and Privacy, Mrs. Krenare Sogojeva Dermaku and the Director of the Department for Personal Data Protection, Mr. Valon Kryeziu, are holding a training with the staff of Primary Health Care (PHC) in Ferizaj in order to ensure the implementation of the Data Protection Law by this health institution.

Representatives from the Agency are discussing the responsibilities of the MFMC as a controller of sensitive personal data, emphasizing their legal obligations regarding patient privacy and confidentiality, the legality of data processing, and the interconnection of systems. The participants had the opportunity to address questions from the scope of the institution they represent regarding the data processing they perform during the exercise of their function.
