The implentation of the Law on Acces to Public documents for the year 2021 – The report of public institutions in the Information and Privacy Agency

Pursuant to the Law on 06 / L-081 on Access to Public Documents and in order to ensure full transparency of work, public institutions are obliged to provide the Agency for Information and Privacy an annual report including the number of cases, in which the public institution has granted access, the number of cases in which the public institution has denied access to documents, as well as the reasons for these denials.
