The Agency for Information and Privacy starts the series of informational meetings in the municipalities of Kosovo

In the framework of the Work Plan for the promotion of the right to the protection of personal data and access to public documents, the Information and Privacy Agency has started visits to Kosovo Municipalities with the aim of informing the Mayors of Municipalities regarding the legal obligations for the protection of personal data and the right to access information.

The Commissioner for Information and Privacy, Krenare Sogojeva Dërmaku, held separate informative meetings with the Mayor of Shtime, Mr. Qemajl Aliu and the Mayor of the Municipality of Ferizaj, Mr. Agim Aliu, on which occasion they discussed the transparency program, access to public documents, protection of personal data, the drafting of privacy policies, aiming at the full implementation of the legislation for the protection of personal data and access to public documents.
