The Information and Privacy Agency from Kosovo hosted the Commissioner for the right to information and personal data protection on a Successful Workshop on Personal Data Protection and Access to Public Documents

The Information and Privacy Agency and the Information and Privacy Agency of the Republic of Albania came together on a highly successful workshop on Personal Data Protection and Access to Public Information. The 2 days workshop, held on this Thursday and Friday, brought together experts and professionals from both countries to discuss important topics related to data protection and access to public information.

The workshop was a continuation of activities that both authorities have under the memorandum of cooperation in regard to their commitment to promote and enhance the right to privacy and the right to be informed.

The event featured engaging presentations on Personal Data Protection cases and Access to Public Documents, followed by Q&A sessions and discussions. Attendees had the opportunity to exchange experiences and insights related to concrete cases and to work together to develop procedures for membership in international organizations and to advance the status of Information and Privacy Agency in international organizations in, both, the field of the personal data protection & access to public documents.

The workshop was an excellent opportunity for experts and professionals from both Kosovo and Albania to come together, share their knowledge and experience, and work towards a common goal.
