The Information and Privacy Agency imposes a Fine on the Municipality of Kacanik for not providing Access to Public Documents

The Information and Privacy Agency, on 7/06/2022, due to non-implementation of the binding decision No. A-151/2022, on 01 April 2022, of IPA to provide full access to public documents has imposed a fine on Municipality of Kacanik.

Therefore, the Information and Privacy Agency will continue to work towards fulfilling the fundamental right of the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo in regards to access public documents.
