The Information and Privacy Agency obliges the Prosecutorial Council to provide Full Access to Scoring regarding the Selection Process of the Chief State Prosecutor

The Information and Privacy Agency, after reviewing the complaint filed by the Kosovo Institute of Justice against the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, pursuant to the Law on Access to Public Documents, has obliged the KPC to provide access to Final Scoring documents by all members of the evaluation panel for each candidate for Chief State Prosecutor, as well as the individual scoring, given by each member of the evaluation panel, together with the justification for each scoring category.
