The Information and Privacy Commissioner met with the Governor of the Central Bank

In the framework of institutional activities, the Information and Privacy Commissioner, Mrs. Krenare Sogojeva – Dermaku met with the Governor of the Central Bank, Mr. Fehmi Mehmeti where they discussed enhancing cooperation and coordinating joint activities within the competencies and legal authorizations of the Information and Privacy Agency and the Central Bank, with special emphasis on issues related to the supervision of companies, controllers and personal data processors operating in the Republic of Kosovo.

They agreed to establish coordination mechanisms that will be in constant communication on issues of common interest in the implementation of legislation, conducting consultations, and holding meetings where issues important in the exercise of mandate and competencies will be discussed, and authorizations held by the Information and Privacy Agency and the Central Bank
