Visit from the final year students of the Faculty of Law to the Information and Privacy Agency, organized by the Kosovo Institute of Law (IKD) as part of the activities of the Legal Clinic.

The Commissioner for Information and Privacy, Krenare Sogojeva Dërmaku, together with the Director General, Lumnije Demi, welcomed the students, offering them a direct opportunity to discuss the role and mandate of the Agency in guaranteeing the implementation of the right to protection of personal data and for access to public documents.

With particular emphasis, the Commissioner discussed the importance of individual responsibility and the commitment of every citizen to protect these two rights. Also, she called on students and citizens to be more proactive and submit complaints in any case when they encounter obstacles to access to public documents or when they notice violations of personal data.
