Under the organization of the Information and Privacy Agency, the Case Handling Workshop on Access to Public Documents will be held for the first time in Kosovo.
On April 7 and 8, 2025, at the Swiss Diamond Hotel in Pristina, around 30 representatives from counterpart authorities across European countries will gather to exchange experiences and best practices in handling concrete cases related to:
• Public procurement and public spending;
• Trade secrets;
• Intellectual property.
In addition to international expertise, the workshop will offer a special opportunity for representatives of civil society and the media, who will be actively involved in one of the sessions on the second day.
With less than two weeks remaining until the opening of this two-day event, the conference is expected to serve not only as a professional forum but also as a concrete step toward strengthening transparency and public accountability.
