The Director of the Agency for Information and Privacy participated in a panel organized by the European Union in Kosovo and the NGO Assist Kosovo, where she presented the role of the Agency for Information and Privacy in relation to the protection of personal data on the internet.

Director Lumnije Demi stated that the challenges in protecting personal data continue to be the informing and raising awareness of citizens about the care and measures they should take to protect their personal data while using online platforms. She emphasized that the role of the media and non-governmental organizations is essential in ensuring the awareness and information of citizens regarding the implementation of policies for the protection of personal data.
