Informational meeting in the Municipality of Peja and the Municipality of Klina

In the framework of the promotion of accountability and the protection of personal data, the Commissioner for Information and Privacy, Krenare Sogojeva Dermaku, and the General Director, Lumnije Demi, today met with the Mayors of the Municipality of Peja, Gazmend Muhaxheri and the Mayor of the Municipality of Klina, Zenun Elezaj, respectively.

The Commissioner discussed the Transparency Program and ensuring access to public documents, informing citizens about the processing of personal data by Municipalities through Privacy Policies, as well as the importance that officials for the protection of personal data and access to public documents have for ensure that institutions act in compliance with legal obligations.
