NOTIFICATION – Kosovo Chamber of Advocates fined for Denying Access to Public Documents

 The Information and Privacy Agency (IPA) has imposed a fine on the Kosovo Chamber of Advocates (KCA), for non-implementation of the decision issued by the IPA, which has compelled this institution, at the request of the party, to provide access to public documents, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 06 / L-081 on Access to Public Documents.

It is worth mentioning that this is the first decision to impose a fine on an institution, due to non-implementation of the decisions of the Information and Privacy Agency regarding the implementation of Law No. 06 / L-081 on Access to Public Documents.
