The Cycle of Workshops in the Field of Personal Data Protection has started

With the support of the OSCE, the Agency today launched a new cycle of workshops with representatives of Kosovo municipalities. Municipal officials from the department of education, health, cadastre and human resources will be part of these workshops, to receive new knowledge from representatives of the Information and Privacy Agency regarding the legal processing of personal data.

Such meetings aim to include a certain number of categories selected by all municipalities in the country, in each of the meetings planned within this chain project.

Through this project, the Agency for Information and Privacy, aims to raise awareness as directly and in detail as possible of the data processors of citizens, in order to raise their awareness about the rights enjoyed by citizens under the Law on Personal Data Protection, as well as the responsibilities that municipal officials have in this regard.
