The Information and Privacy Agency, in cooperation with the OSCE, continues the series of regional workshops on the topic “Personal Data Protection in the Healthcare System,” with healthcare professionals of the Republic of Kosovo.

Following the regions of Mitrovica and Prizren, last week the workshop was held in the region of Peja, with the participation of approximately 25 healthcare professionals from the municipalities of Peja, Gjakova, Deçan, Istog, and Junik.

The purpose of the Information and Privacy Agency is to inform and raise awareness among healthcare professionals, with the main objective of this workshop being to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills for the protection of personal data. It aims to ensure that personal data, and particularly sensitive data, is handled with due care and protected from any form of misuse.
