In line with the cooperation established through the Memorandum of Cooperation signed between the Information and Privacy Agency of the Republic of Kosovo and the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia, a working meeting took place on August 21, 2024, between representatives of the two counterpart authorities.
The purpose of this meeting was to exchange practical experiences and discuss the challenges encountered during inspections in the telecommunications and health sectors. The discussions specifically focused on issues such as inspection practices, addressing challenges, and improving the questionnaires used during the inspection process in these two sectors.
Representatives from both authorities shared their experiences in implementing personal data protection laws to enhance inspection standards, marking an important step towards deeper cooperation and the harmonization of best practices between the two countries.
