The Information and Privacy Agency conducts a study visit to the Office of the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data (IDP)

In the framework of the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement between the Information and Privacy Agency and the Office of the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data, IPA representatives made a study visit to Tirana.

The purpose of the visit was to exchange experiences and best practices in realizing the right of citizens to access public documents and protect personal data. During the visit, the representatives of the institutions also discussed practical cases in these two areas, as well as the possibilities of drafting guidelines and raising administrative and professional capacities.
