In continuation of organizing and holding informative meetings with the Municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo, the General Director of AIP Lumnije Demi has held a meeting with the Vice-Mayor of the Municipality of Graçanica Mr. Leutrim Ajeti.

In the framework of this meeting, among other things, it was discussed about the legal obligations of the Municipalities to guarantee the right to access to public documents according to the Law on Access to Public Documents, as well as the legitimacy of the processing of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Law for Personal Data Protection.

The importance of the appointment of the Official for Access to Public Documents and the Official for the Protection of Personal Data was also emphasized, and in particular for undertaking the necessary actions for the development and strengthening of the role of these two officials in the exercise of their duties and responsibilities. theirs in the field of access to public documents, respectively in the field of personal data protection.
